  Burlin Hefley has been our agent for 45 years. He and his staff have always taken very good care of us when we needed insurance, filed a claim, or needed advise regarding insurance. We do miss the "good old days" when it was a little more personal, but anyone I've talked to has been very helpful, professional and pleasant to speak with.   My account was just reassigned upon the retirement of my previous agent and I was called in to go over my coverage. Mr Hefley's staff is super-courteous, efficient, and friendly, esp Brianna (Hi Brianna!). I left fully satisfied with several ideas on how I could get better coverage for LESS money. I even got to meet Mr Hefley briefly and he was very warm and personable. I've always had good experiences with State Farm (had insurance through them for decades) and see no reason to change that.
