    Loan departments is closed on the weekends. So, if you have a loan, the best time to handle it is during weekday business hours. Also, submission of your insurance shouldn't be so challenging. Emails bounce back, hard copy mailed in and they are still charging me for insurance. Apologetic customer service seems to be their specialty, If that's what you are looking for, then you found a bank home. Congrats to the others that have found them to be 5 star!
