  • TelComm Credit Union has never disappointed me. Great customer service, friendly (but not weird), and ALWAYS helpful! They have VERY few fees compared to any banks I've used in Springfield. If you're looking for a simply way to bank, or 'to credit union', these guys are great. If you want a super fancy mobile banking experience, TCU is pretty basic. BUT, if you want to keep yourself from blowing all your money, it isn't as easy ;) I would HIGHLY recommend TelComm.

  • TelComm is offering a no closing cost home equity loan through June 30, so applied and with in a few weeks consolidated some debt at a great interest rate. Tara was very easy to work with, and we did most of the paperwork over email. Very easy process. Thank you so much for helping me pay off some bills!! I would recommend TelComm!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a potential lender. The Life Happens Line of Credit is advertised as "use it right away OR when life happens". After talking with Tara a few weeks back I applied for a HELOC online. When I called to check on the status of my application Tara told me that the HELOC had been approved but that I had to borrow and begin making payments on at least $10,000 right away. When I mentioned that the commercial says the LOC could be used "when life happens" Tara told me that I "have to understand that TelComm is using their members'' money to pay for the appraisal and loan processing fees". I would have used the LOC for future expenses but TelComm now has to understand that they've lost a potentially great new member.
